What exactly do I get?

You’ll receive a 3D-printed action figure based on your uploaded design, or based on the image and specifications you send, hand-finished and delivered in a collector-style box.

What kind of photo should I upload?

Upload a clear image of your AI-generated action figure design. You can include custom accessories and text - just make sure the image is high-quality and easy to see. If you selected the second option, please upload a clear photo of yourself (or someone else), along with the name, title, and any desired accessories.

What materials are used for the action figures?

Our figures are printed using high-resolution resin printers and are hand-finished and hand-painted to bring out every detail of your design.

Can I expect my figure to look exactly like my uploaded design?

We strive to make the figure as close as possible to your uploaded design, but some minor variations may occur due to the nature of the printing and hand-finishing process.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Once an order is confirmed, it moves into production quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How long does it take to make and ship?

Our production time is typically 5–7 business days, plus shipping. Your action hero will be on your doorstep in 10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we currently ship to the US and EU! Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout, and we make sure your figure arrives safely, no matter the destination.

I don’t have an AI image yet — how can I create one?

No worries! You can easily generate one using ChatGPT. Just copy and paste this prompt into ChatGPT or another AI image tool:

Create an image of a toy action figure resembling the person in the photo. Next to the figure, include the following accessories, each in its own blister pack: a laptop, a notebook with a pen, a coffee cup. The card holding each blister should be a bold orange color.
